The Greek island of Samos forms part of the North-Eastern Aegean Islands and the location is famous for its reliable Summer winds. Samos windsurf centre is ideally located in the beautiful town of Kokkari on the North side of the island which enjoys clean, cross-onshore winds ensuring safety for all ability levels. The general pattern is lighter winds in the mornings to suit children and beginners with the wind building early afternoon onwards for intermediate and advanced sailors.
Samos windsurf centre was hand-built by the owner George Sankantaris in 1997 and is a friendly, relaxed and fun place to enjoy your holiday. The center offers 110 tabou boards and 130 Gaastra sails 2019 -2022 models, in addition to a range of wetsuits, harnesses, shoes and gloves to ensure you are fully-equipped.
