About us:
Our company was founded in 2015 in Samos, with the main goal of highlighting and exploiting the excellent local olive oil production of the island. With respect for tradition, nature and quality, we create high-value products that meet the strictest international standards.

The company is certified with the international food safety standard ISO 22000, while it also has certification for the production and standardization of organic olive oil, ensuring the quality and reliability of its products at every stage of production.

Our philosophy and team:
The founder of the company is Theodoros Harbis, an agronomist with many years of experience in olive oil production and the implementation of quality systems.
Since 2001, he has been cultivating privately owned olive groves with organic methods, applying modern and sustainable practices.
At the same time, the company collaborates with selected local producers, actively participating in the design of cultivation programs, monitoring of cultivation processes and controlling all stages of production — from the field and the oil mill to final standardization.

In 2025, Marios Raphael Harbis, a graduate of the Department of Food Science and Technology of Cardiff University, joined the management team, further strengthening the scientific and export orientation of the company.

Our products are available under the agasto brand and are exported at a rate of over 70% of production. Main markets are:
